At LeDiamanti, we believe that every piece of jewelry must be perfectly adjusted to reveal its full splendor. If your ring size is not ideal, rest assured: we offer you a free resizing. And if an adjustment is not possible, we promise to remake your jewelry to the perfect size.
Our commitment to resizing
We ensure that each piece of jewelry is adjusted with the utmost precision:
- Condition of the jewelry: Your ring must be in perfect condition, without signs of wear such as micro-scratches or impacts.
- Request Deadline: Inform us of your resizing needs within 30 days of receiving your jewelry, even if it has been engraved.
- Prior contact: Before returning your jewelry, contact our customer service to obtain a return slip.
Resizing is done within 4 to 6 weeks. The first modification is free. For any additional adjustment, fees may apply if technically feasible. Please note that customs fees may be added for deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories.
